Services

We work closely with you to determine how much, and what type of, care you require to meet the needs of yourself or your loved one.

Palliative care

Palliative care

We can support people with a terminal illness who choose to remain in their own home by providing carers who are fully trained in the needs of palliative care and can offer night sits, day sits and short visits.

Daily visits

Daily visits

Daily care involves short visits to meet the service user’s care requirements. The number and length of visits is based upon your wishes. You may wish to have a carer come to your home for a short while to assist you (Daily Care) or to stay at your home for a week or more to enable your needs to be met as they arise (Live-in Care). These types of care can be provided on an ongoing basis.

Live in care

Live in care solutions

Are you or a loved one finding it more difficult to manage by yourselves in your own home, and considering options for your future? Is a loved one coming out of hospital and will be needing ongoing care to remain at home?

We can provide the level of support that you need to remain in your own home. We specialise in placing one carer for one client, for personal care, supervision and domestic help, to avoid the revolving door of carers that can be detrimental to general well-being.

Care/support response

Care/support service

Our care and support response service is an emergency service that is available between 7am to 11pm and tailored to the client’s own requirements. This service is suitable for people who require a professional response to a care related emergency. It is therefore suitable for people who: have regular falls (but are able to determine if they have sustained an injury), have occasional incontinence, require a visit which is initiated if they use their call alarm.
